Where are you based?

We're based in Sydney, Australia.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently only available within Australia.

Can I pick up my order? 

Yes, you can! After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the pick-up address. Please note that we operate from a home-based studio located in Homebush West 2140 and offer kerbside pick-up only.

Can I customise my candle order?

Unfortunately, we do not offer customised candle orders. However, we have a beautiful collection of unique designs and fragrances that you can choose from.

Do you offer candle-making workshops?

Yes, we offer candle-making workshops! Please click on the 'Workshop' page to find out more details, including upcoming dates and how to secure your spot. I can't wait to see you there!

Are your products Vegan?

Yes, our products don't contain any animal products.

COVID-19 shipping delays

Due to ongoing challenges with COVID-19, our preferred delivery partner Sendle has been facing significant delays in with shipping times.

With that in mind, please allow up to an additional 5-10 working days for standard deliveries.

If you have any questions about your order, please contact us with your ORDER NUMBER and TRACKING NUMBER. The most updated tracking information is from your tracking number.
